Code of Ethics for Massage Providers

Every Provider who offers, sells, advertises or promotes his/her services on MassageAnywhere.com agrees to abide by our Code of Ethics:

	to hold and maintain a sincere commitment to quality massage / bodywork services;
	to not endanger the physical, mental or emotional health, well-being or safety of a client;
	to not misrepresent his/her qualifications and skills;
	to acknowledge his/her limitations, skills and abilities and refer clients to appropriate health professionals when necessary;
	to conduct him/herself with honesty and integrity, and to respect the inherent worth of all individuals;
	to clearly disclose policies and fees, if any, in advance of services rendered;
	to safeguard and respect the confidentiality of the provider-client relationship, unless disclosure is compelled by law or necessary to protect the safety of others;
	to respect the right of any client to refuse, modify or terminate services regardless of any prior consent to the contrary;
	to provide draping and service sufficient to meet the client's needs for comfort and privacy;
	to avoid conflicts with the duty to act in the best interest of the client;
	to respect the client's boundaries with regard to privacy, disclosure, emotional expression and beliefs; and
	to respect the client's reasonable expectations of professional behavior whenever offering/providing professional services.

Any absence or omission of any practice or value within the Code of Ethics shall not serve as an endorsement of such practice or value. Responsibility for upholding the Code of Ethics rests with the Provider. MassageAnywhere.com is an independent entity and is NOT a referral agency; as such, we do not and cannot endorse, guarantee or warrant the claims or services of any Provider, advertiser, service or product. Unsatisfactory service should be reported via the Provider review system and, as necessary, by filing a Provider complaint.
