Description: I am a young practitioner with a very unique style, Thai yoga based with a hit of Reiki fused with Hot Oils and Swedish.
I am very intuitive and I believe that each massage is a profound and wonderful experience of well-being.
Attention, dedication and wisdom flow trough each of my sessions.
It honors the emotional and physical state of the receiver and is tailored to these individual needs.
Body , mind, spirit and emotions recover their unity, awaking a primordial peace, serenity and openess.
Under the guidance of my hands you will feel totally restored and deeply relaxed.

I offer my massages (on table or on the floor), yoga teachings and meditaions in a private, relaxing elegant studio, or I can travel to you.
I am working in association with several chiropractors.
I am also a specialized YOGA of the HEART teacher for heart disease and cancers patients, feel free to ask me more about it.

My overall rating of this massage provider: Highly Recommended

Would I hire this massage provider again? Yes

The following are my expanded comments regarding my experience with this provider:

She is as fine a person as she is a bodyworker. Her therapy work is excellent, and the time passes quite quickly because she is easy to spend time with. She would be quite helpful for people with a broad range of physical issues. She also does not operate as though she is working with a stopwatch. If someone is looking for a true professional, Lauren is a great choice. Her studio is comfortable and clean, she is attentive, and, perhaps most important, she enjoys what she does.
