Description: I am a young practitioner with a very unique style, Thai yoga based with a hit of Reiki fused with Hot Oils and Swedish.
I am very intuitive and I believe that each massage is a profound and wonderful experience of well-being.
Attention, dedication and wisdom flow trough each of my sessions.
It honors the emotional and physical state of the receiver and is tailored to these individual needs.
Body , mind, spirit and emotions recover their unity, awaking a primordial peace, serenity and openess.
Under the guidance of my hands you will feel totally restored and deeply relaxed.

I offer my massages (on table or on the floor), yoga teachings and meditaions in a private, relaxing elegant studio, or I can travel to you.
I am working in association with several chiropractors.
I am also a specialized YOGA of the HEART teacher for heart disease and cancers patients, feel free to ask me more about it.

Would I hire this massage provider again? Yes

The following are my expanded comments regarding my experience with this provider:

Lauren has an amazing touch! Her transitions from one movement to the next are completely seamless and her body awareness is extremely thorough. Her knowledge and empathy are aparent with every move she makes.

I came to Lauren with a tired and sad soul and I left with a rejuvenated and happy one. Her studio is clean and soothing with an immense open space and just the right amount of 'new age' influence. She's worth every penny and then some!
