I'm an NYS licensed therapist with over 2 years experience, graduate of the Swedish Institute and a lover of the human body.

It is a wonderful feeling to make people feel better for a living. It's even better when your clients come back to you week after week.....because they actually feel better. Whether it's deep or light, relaxing or medical, sports related or a combination of all of the above, my clients have come to rely on me to take good care of their bodies.
I tailor each session to the indivdual and their specific needs so no two people receive the same massage. Some prefer deep tissue, some like light and other like something in between. In all cases, I try my best to create a fulfilling, memorable experience that would make you want to come back, again and again.
I connect with my clients on their level of comfort and helping them relax with the combination of a great massage and soothing music. I incorporate music into my massage. Anything from Billie Holiday to classical.

My most recent client appointment with this massage provider (Pooya: Your Friendly New York Therapist) was in June 2008.

My overall rating of this massage provider: Recommended

Would I hire this massage provider again? Yes

The following are my expanded comments regarding my experience with this provider:

I had read the reviews on pooya before I made an appointment. The main reason I called was because I like the overall theme of the reviews. well, I called the first time, asked questions, she answered my questions with a smile(even though I couldn't see her, I could hear the smile), but she had no openings that day. So I called again two days later and again she didn't have openings but she asked for my email and said that she would send me her weekly schedule for the following week. It was over memorial weekend and there it was: the email with the schedule. so I looked at it and called on tuesday and made an appointment. at this point, I was thoroughly impressed......but based on my experience, I was waiting for a let down....it never happened. The smile was there at the door, through the session and saying good bye. the hands were just as incredible, the elbows, the kneeds......this woman uses ever limb and attachment to get the work done! in short, I am a regular now.....need I say more?
