I am an experienced massage and fitness professional. I am trained in a variety of techniques, and possess a very caring approach, which creates a relaxing and satisfying experience for you. I use Shiatsu, Acupresssure, Reiki, Rolfing, Sports deep tissue massage, which I blend with an intuitive and knowing touch.

I host in my apartment. It is a clean, well furnished, comfortable environment where you will feel at home and at ease. There is a shower for you for after your massage.

I am warm, friendly, intelligent and know how to make you feel soothed and relaxed. I love my work and devote my time deeply focused on your needs and working very much in the present with your mind and body. I am 5'9, fit and toned, which gives me the ability to handle deep tissue massage. I also work as a yoga instructor and fitness coach and can offer you a fitness assessment as well along with a plan for staying in shape. I have a variety of impressive testimonials, from my happy clients. You will feel very well cared for and remarkably better.

The following are my expanded comments regarding my experience with this provider:

Amazing attention to detail. I was relaxed and in a comfortable state of peace and well being. She got into and cured pesky injuries I have been carrying for years. I have gone back twice and she is always very present and does something different every time depending on where my body is at.
The space was very comforting and tastefully furnished. She had relaxing hypnotic music on that put me in an altered state. She made homeade lemonade and had fresh flowers and candlelight throughout the apartment. The building is an amazing historic pre war, so the water pressure in the shower was amazing. There was no personal stuff lying around so I felt at home.
She didn't rush me and allowed me time to relax and get up when I felt ready though I didn't want to leave.
She created a retreat for my stressed out work life that I really needed.
