Description: Massage can improve your circulation, boost your immune system and promote relaxation. These are just a few of the reasons I get massage on a regular basis. I have been studying massage and other holistic modalities at Body Mind College here in San Diego. It has been a wonderful gift in my life.
I am located in beautiful Ocean Beach just a block from the water. I welcome you to come experience my massage techniques. Your massage will be customized to what you and your body need - I can work out the kinks and provide a relaxing massage at the same time. I love giving pre-natal massage - if you are expecting you deserve some stress and discomfort relief!
