Description: My signature massage is one that I call Combination Therapy; a chance to introduce different variations of my work in one session. This technique is well received and I feel it achieves the best therapeutic results.
I begin the massage with the basic Swedish style; long slow systematic strokes that induces relaxation and improves circulation. This is the initial touch, the "warm up" part and the foundation of my massage.
Once my client begins to relax, I introduce another form of therapy called Shiatsu. This involves finger pressure to smaller areas on the body. Focusing on specific trigger points helps release blocked energy while the continuous kneading and stroking aids in flushing out toxins.
My goal may take an hour or longer to achieve, but by the end of the session my mission is accomplished: To bring my client to a healthier place physically, mentally and emotionally, with an overall sense of well-being.
Whether to sooth tired and sore muscles, invigorate and energize, or simply just “zone out,” my massage will take you there. Treat yourself to a customized session today.
