Description: Clients include MDs; Physical Therapists; Chiropractors; Pilates, Gyrotonics, Spin and NIA instructors; Personal Trainers; as well as clients of each of these; Ironman Triathletes; Marathoners and other athletes. Over 2000 hours of educational time (Swedish Institue, and SHI Medical Massage School). Medical history taken at first session to see how might best work together, and what your goals might be. (Postural integration, relaxation, rehabilitation, etc.) By the end of the session, you may have just had Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Craniosacral and Shiatsu; all specifically incorporated to make you feel more at home in your body.
