Description: Besides an excellent performed Swedish massage, I enjoy giving a nice Lomi Lomi massage, which is a flowing, nurturing, and deep form of Hawaiian massage. This sacred practice incorporates movement, breath-work, self-care, and the power of intention and presence. The nurturing, breath-inspired flow of this ancient massage art may help to inspire deeper levels of relaxation and well-being. I will, of course, create a unique combination of treatment methods designed specifically for YOUR personal needs using warm oils, steaming towels, and hot stones, if the weather calls for it, for no extra charge. I treat YOU exactly the way I would wish to be treated when I seek a massage session from another practitioner.
A good massage is always more than "just a massage." A good massage is a meditation and sometimes brings besides a deep relaxation a sense of spiritual connectedness with it. Most of my clients are repeats and stay with me for years. This may be one of the better treatments you will enjoy and certainly you are most welcome!
