Fees: $55 per one hour session ($45 for your first session with me). $80 for an hour and a half session ($70 for your first session with me). I also offer gift certificates at the prices listed for the session length of your choice. Two hour massage appointments are available for $105.

Description: Hello! My name is Amara Hayden. I am a professional, licensed, nationally certified massage therapist; experienced in specific massage therapy to alleviate pain from recent or past injury, or due to postural imbalance, repetitive motion, and/or over-exertion. Much of the pain we experience is the result of our day-to-day activities and stresses, which can create new imbalances in our bodies, or simply irritate past injuries we thought we had recovered from long ago.
