Description: I am a NCBTMB certified, licensed massage therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I am a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown where I studied the Benjamin system of muscular therapy, which combines several types of body work with client education to reach optimal muscular performance and encourage clients to become more active in healing themselves.
I have also been practicing Reiki for seven years, which is an ancient healing method to relieve emotional and physical conditions with the transfer of energy through the hands and an emphasis on spiritual and mental balancing. | |
