Description: My objective in your session is to be very present with you and your body in order to work out stress and tension in your unique condition. My experience in both spa and physical therapy settings has give me the ability to address the specific needs of your body's structure and at the same time evoke a state of deep relaxation.
My joyful and healthy life has lead me to this type of work. My background as a competitive athlete and yoga practitioner greatly inspire my massage practice.
I look forward to helping you to rejuvenate by letting go letting go of stress and tension and evoking greater circulation, balance, and functionality in your body.
