**Take time for yourself and endulge in a relaxing, rejuvinating massage. Listen to soft music, close your eyes and relax in the dim room and allow yourself to feel every breath, inhaling and exhaling slowly as your body "lets go" and unwinds. Help relieve tense tired muscles, headaches, stress, increase oxygen and blood flow, decrease pain and swelling, re-align the body's CHI or just treat yourself to something that feels good.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A FULL BODY SWEDISH MASSAGE WITH ME?
**I start out with the client laying supine, on their back and draped (draping is required at all times and the only part of the body exposed is the one being worked on) beginning the session with a head and face massage and then work my way down and around the body, spending time on the neck and shoulders, clavicle/thoracic region of the upper chest, each arm and a hand massage. (No private/genital area is ever exposed or touched!!) I then work on each leg and include a foot massage for those that request it. Once the front of the body is done, I have the client turn over onto their stomach in the prone position, with their face comfortably resting in the face rest and then I work on the backs of the legs, the glutes (if necessary) and finish the session on the back and neck.
**I am a certified member of ABMP (American Bodywork & Massage Professionals). I attended the National Massage Therapy Institute in Wilmington, DE and I am currently working on becoming certified in other modalities, such as Gua Sa and Cupping.
**Whether it be your first massage or your 100th, allow me to provide the satisfaction, comfort, professionalism and personal care you deserve.
**I provide a very relaxing and rejuvinating massage session and I guarantee you will leave feeling better than you did coming in. I have a private room with a private dressing area. I also provide Reflexology and do out calls depending on the traveling distance.
