Description: I am a talented Certified Massage Therapist with three years of experience. My initial massage training is rooted in the Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities. This isn't, however, your typical Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. My massage style has been heavily influenced by my background in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and dance. This massage isn't just about making your body feel better (which it will do), but also about helping you create a greater sense of awareness in your body.
You will start face up on the massage table, as I talk you through some breath exercises that will help bring you out of your head and into your body. Once your sufficiently connected to your body, we will move into the massage itself. Every massage that I perform is different. I do not believe in having a routine to work with. Every body is different and every body has different needs.
This is your session and it is about you. All you have to do is relax and receive. I will put 100% of my attention into you and your body. Let go and enjoy. | |
