I take my profession as a gift that is to be shared and used wisely. I love what I do and feel that you will be blessed by the experience that you have when you book an appointment with me. I specialize in deep tissue work however, I can use a combination of techniques to best suit your needs... ranging from relaxation to deep tissue modalities. Swedish Massage is used primarily for full-body sessions and promotes general relaxation, improves blood circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle tension. Swedish is the most common type of massage. Deep Tissue reduces the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strides and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It also focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Abdominal Massages help to stimulate peristalsis to assist with proper digestion of food. Peristalsis is the wormlike movement by which the alimentary canal or other tubular organs with both longitudinal and circular muscle fibers propel their contents, consisting of a wave of contraction passing along the tube. My overall rating of this provider: Highly Recommended Would I use this provider again? Yes The following are my expanded comments regarding my experience with this provider: I used Lydia when on vacation in Florida a couple of times and was very impressed with her, and the massage that she provided. I have been to many high end spas and beauty salons, where you did not feel any benefits from the process. I have been back numerous times when back on vacation and would recommend Lydia highly to anyone that was in the vicinity to try her experience the high quality massage for themselves.
