A bit of supported stretching is added to encourage flexibility and because it feel great! In longer sessions, Mayan Abdominal Massage (ancient techniques of deep prayer and rejuvenation for the pelvic bowl) feels amazing and fosters digestive renewal. Lymphatic Drainage can also be added - a mostly light touch method to clear toxins from the body, which is also a conduit to deeper relaxation. My overall rating of this provider: Recommended Would I use this provider again? Yes The following are my expanded comments regarding my experience with this provider: Dana is a truly beautiful woman in every way. She is kind and sweet and has an immediate calming aura. We met at quite short notice and Dana accommodated me at her apartment which is conveniently located near to Union Sq. We spoke on the phone beforehand to confirm that our hopes and expectations were aligned. Dana is so connected and her energy flows through naturally. She has a natural, flowing style to her massage which I found at once calming and transporting. She offered an abdominal massage to end which was a real treat.
