My overall rating of this provider: Highly Recommended Would I use this provider again? Yes The following are my expanded comments regarding my experience with this provider: I have only recently met Nat but she is a complete find for any New Yorker that needs to destress. I sit a lot and fly a lot for my job, so there are clear issues that need to be resolved. Nat combines a technique that includes elements of deep tissue and thai stretching. Whenever a therapist pushes you to your limit and beyond, you know it is working. I've been multiple times and each time is slightly different depending on the issues currently affecting my body.
