And yet, as we age, our bodies change; we're less flexible, start to feel morning stiffness and tend to get going a bit more slowly; often we have less touch, less contact with others. We feel more soreness after some of the activities we used to do so easily; and often just generally have some aches and pains.. And so much more.... Being a man over 50 myself, I know how the male body changes as it ages; our bodies are different and our needs are different too. As an experienced massage therapist, I also understand just how much massage can help. Aging can be a challenge: Massage can be the perfect way to aging well. Best way to contact is text or call.
