Fees: I offer Moderate-Deep work - the level of pressure that most folks request or need - for $60/hour, as well as for circulatory-compromised folks who need Light-Medium Pressure, *though see bottom if you have particular budgetary needs but also really need the work* - there are things you can do I can pass on as extra minutes. Medium-Moderate & Gentle-Light I can also discount by $5/hour, Deep-Very Deep I need to add on $5/hour for, & femoral triangle work will only be via self-care consultation. Sessions with a lot of Pnf stretching will also likely be $5 more total. Purely Energetic-Gentle work I can discount another $5/hour.
I appreciate a contribution of $5/hour for same-day appointments, though this is not mandatory. For these shorter sessions however

Description: My practice focuses on Sports-Specific Depth Relaxation - work that's effective but sensitive to the amount of pressure your body needs, Elongation Therapy - which is done on the bodyCushion - elongating your entire spine for the entire prone segment of your massage! - something no therapists hands can do while they're working - no matter how talented! Hot-Stones, (seasonal) Heated towels & table, & Aromatherapy with all my sessions, in a a spa atmosphere.
I work all involved areas as needed, including gluts & adductors - which most need work on.
My best sessions are from 90-150 minutes, with 120 minutes recommended. My shortest sessions are generally for 75 minutes, as I feel it is worthwhile to cover the full body. Please note that work that thoroughly covers the full-body & contains depth takes at least 90 minutes, & (the depth) can only be for one primary area or two secondary ones. With each additional half hour another 1-2 primary, or 2-3 secondary areas, are possible. If you would prefer a shorter session to just work certain areas, please note that each takes 5 (for feet) - 15 (for the back) minutes to work deeply, & this is just unilateral (one-side).
