Welcome to AMH Wellness Program a mobile, non-medical wellness service dedicated to individuals living with chronic pain, fatigue and emotional stress. As someone who has personally battled fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple surgeries and even a traumatic car accident, I created this space with one mission: To provide comfort, peace and relief in a way that feels personal, unrushed, and safe.
Each session is delivered with care, compassion, and intention. I specialize in gentle, restorative touch combined with soothing services like facial steam therapy, body cleansing, guided breathing and foot care all from the comfort of your own space. No driving. No stress. Just wellness that comes to you.
Whether youre recovering from pain, overwhelmed by life, or simply need a moment to breathe, I'm here to remind you that healing doesn't have to be clinical it can be kind, sacred and centered around you.
