Description: My aim is to help clients become more physically and mentally balanced. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in New Jersey and California. Aside from massage school, my education included an A. A. S. in physical therapy. I give relaxation and therapeutic massages using techniques including Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Spontaneous Muscle Relief Technique. I also incorporate trigger point therapy and stretching when appropriate. I see clients for several reasons including relaxation, tension relief, pain relief, muscle imbalances, flexibility issues, soft tissue adhesions, digestive issues, and bladder function restoration.
