Description: Namaste. My name is Putthawan Krissanaban. I am a certified massage therapist CAMTC CMT License#51934. I am offering Healing Sessions, Awakening Massage and Holistic Bodywork Sessions. I create beautiful healing energy to balance the emotional state of the mind with meditation.
I'm in the vortex. I channel the source energy that comes from spirit and intuition, guiding it through my heart into my hands.
During Sessions I offer my full attention, intuitive touch, love and compassion. I offer Swedish Relaxation massage integrated with synchronic breathing using the meditation technic called mindfulness breathing, guided while hands on. I am working through the wholeness mind+body+soul Physical health, Mental health, Spiritual health. The energy will flow raising to the consciousness and quieting the mind into another word called "Peace and Love" :)
The sessions will bring you into a deeper connection with your natural being, deepening your energy flow and your senses. Through experiencing yourself differently with increased perception, sensitivity and softness, You are in the vortex. You connect with your self-love.
Your breath is one of your most powerful healing resources. For instance, deep, slow and rhythmic whole-body breathing can reduce anxiety, fear, pain and depression; activate your immune system; increase your ability to concentrate and release healing and "feel-good" hormones, such as serotonin and oxytocin. Deep breathing does this by activating your parasympathetic nervous system and a rest-renew-heal response, ultimately helping you feel relaxed, in control of your experience, and connected with yourself and the world.
