A deeply attentive massage tailored to your specific needs. For relaxation, detoxification, rejuvenation, and complete holistic wellness!
Individually tailored sessions integrate my training in different modalities and care-full listening. Relaxing into the breath, I offer a loving touch with light-to-firm pressure, inviting your body and mind to unwind and enter into deep relaxation. I use many long, smooth strokes, as well as localized pressure to contact the muscles in their entirety. I offer all my attention to your well-being.
I use my knowledge of anatomy, yoga, acupressure and myofascial release to approach the muscular system, which may involve stretching the limbs. I utilize oils (unless otherwise desired) and my knowledge of Ayurvedic Massage to address circulation, the lymphatic system and the nervous system. I incorporate Craniosacral Balancing, Polarity techniques and Reiki when more subtle methods are needed.
I would love to share with you the gift of slowing down and entering into a relaxing and rejuvenating time and space!
