I have been massaging for 11 years, from Swedish, deep pressure to sports. If there is one thing i know well, it's the body and how it works, how it should move and how to help relieve pain due to muscular imbalances bought on by over-use or excessive steady movement patterns. The techniques i use involve trigger point release, then muscle lengthening for a relaxed feeling. To understand how it all connects takes a special kind of skill that i have.
I am more of a physical therapist rather than massage therapist, although I massage like a pro. I am NOT LICENSED but have schooling plus multiple specialized fitness certifications that has given me a vast knowledge of muscle anatomy and a wide range of hands on skills one would need to handle the human body and since my specialties are corrective exercise, movement and injuries, I have been able to formulate my very own unique style of massaging, that has clients sticking with me for as long as i massage.
