I specialize in deep tissue massage .Different techniques will be combined to provide you with the type of pressure and massage style you need and desire. It is important for you to communicate with me what level of pressure you prefer to make it an enjoyable experience. This is not an assembly-line experience like at many hotel spas, but calibrated to fit your specific needs, whether that be to achieve total relaxation or address deeper issues. My goal is to offer each client a unique and customized experience. I use professional unscented organic massage oil, cream and lotion. If you prefer, I can combine these with an essential oil of your choice for aromatherapy. Every massage I perform, I approach with therapeutic intentions. So if you have any aches and pains that can be helped by massage, I can help you out. I use a variety of techniques in my sessions. With an extensive knowledge of human anatomy and fitness, I utilize: stretching, pressure points and other modalities to alleviate problems areas. Of course as stated above, I do relaxing, stress relieving sessions as well. Call or text anytime to set up an appointment. I give a %10 discount if you book 24 hours in advance.
