Description: I am a graduate of The Chicago School of Massage Therapy and a Massage Instructor. I offer a 60 minute, 90 minute or a 2 hour full body, Therapeutic Swedish/Sports Massage with 10 years of experience.
I really believe that touch is very important. I feel through all my work I can help blend the threads of the body, mind, and spirit connection. My massage is holistic, becoming aware of where you store your emotions within your body will enable you to assist in your own healing process. Touch offers us a way to truly get in touch with who we are.
My style is caring, purposeful, energetically focused and nurturing. Although we will experience a level of intimacy during the session, my massage is non-sexual.
Human touch is incredible and healing. If you relax and allow the energy to flow, I promise you will have a great experience in allowing your body to connect on all levels, body , mind & spirit.
I treat each client with the respect and kindness that all beings desire and deserve. Each massage is different based on the clients individual needs.
My studio office is fully equipped with a comfortable massage table, soft cotton linens, aromatherapy and candles to help you relax during your session.
My philosophy: Massage allows us to slow down our fast paced lives and focus on ourselves. This type of touch offers us a way to truly connect with who we are.
I am certified in Egyptian Reflexology, a second degree Reiki practitioner and finished a 2 year apprenticeship program in Shamanic Studies. I have facilitated many workshops and retreats and have co-facilitated a Shamanic Apprenticeship Program.
I also provide Guided Meditations and Visualizations, along with other Intuitive Energy Work.
