Description: I am a very intuitive therapist who listens to the needs of the client and then of course the clients muscles and posture to guide me in the direction I need as it relates to healing and restoring the client back to balance. My approach to health/wellness is from a holistic standpoint.I engage the client in becoming balance through massage therapy,nutrition management and physical fitness which includes strengthening and conditioning weak or underdeveloped muscles, stretching to increase flexibility and range of motion, structural integration as well as joint mobilization.Coming Soon Nutrition Cooking Classes
