Thai Bodywork is an invigorating treatment that blends guided Asanas (poses) with stretching, compression, rocking, point pressure and conscious breathing. Enjoy gentle release of built up tensions and blockages along the many energy lines and centers of the body. Begin to realign and balance your state of being. This treatment is incredibly beneficial to all, especially those who find themselves stiff, sore, and tired from stress, depression or over-exertion.
Reiki is often described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing. It is a gentle Japanese healing technique based on the transmission and intentional direction of light or "life force energy". The practitioner places hands lightly on or over the Receiver's body to facilitate the process of healing. It aids in stress reduction and restoring both physical and emotional well-being. Many Receivers report sensations of floating, feeling to be in a dream-like state, and overall deep, peaceful calm.

7+ years as a State Board Licensed Esthetician
6+ years working in an Aveda salon/spa
Introductory Certificate in Vedic Thai Body Work from the Vedic Conservatory (vedicconservatory.com)
Reiki II Certified
200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (expected completion May 2017)
