We all know life can be stressful. When you are stressed adverse effects can not only damage your mind, but your body as well. What do you do to take care of yourself? That is where I come in! ;]
My name is Kayla, I am a CMT/ holistic therapist/ health educator with over 900hrs of schooling and clinic hours, and over three years total in the business. With that much study and hands on learning I have honed in on my Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu, deep tissue, joint manipulation, and acupressure to concoct a session that is targeted for each individual with their unique body structure and problems. Perhaps you just want some relaxation? I can do that too! Guided meditation is also offered upon request if youre interested. Imagine a soothing full body massage set to relaxing background music and dim lighting with the perfect scent being diffused to counter whatever energy you happen to be experiencing when you show up. My goal is to tailor each session specific to your wants and needs so that your appointment is just as unique as you are.

I am a full time student so my time is scarce, its highly appreciated if you book in advance. Please take note that Monday/ Wednesday a small portion of my mid afternoon is not available.
To help ensure that my time is not disrespected I do require a $50 deposit payable through Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. This is to ensure you are serious about making the appt and if for some reason you are not able to show that my time is somewhat compensated. The $50 goes toward the overall price, not an additional fee. Thank you for understanding!
