My Other Website:
Description: I am licensed in Florida(MA62383). I am a graduate of the National Massage Therapy Institute, Falls Church, Virginia and have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2006. Massage therapy has enabled me to extend my passion for helping others by alleviating pain and stress with a professional and skilled touch. My massage technique includes stretching to maintain muscle length and flexibility to help prevent injury and speed recovery. My skilled touch specializes in Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy as well as Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Swedish and Chair Massage.
I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT) and a graduate of Yogi Hari's Ashram in Miramar, Florida since 2009. My client base includes a variety of people with the needs of relaxation, increased range of motion and overall wellness. Before hearing my calling for a career in massage therapy and as a yoga teacher, I was an accountant for many years so I am more than familiar with the infamous "computer neck" and poor posture that so many people experience on a regular basis. I attest that the practice of massage therapy and yoga helps others to deal with pain and the stressors of life to achieve balance. I am a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and Yoga Alliance.
