Description: Massage sessions I provide are based in my training & certification in deep tissue, swedish, myofascial, lymph, pnf, sports and thai massage, reiki & pranic healing modalities.
Blending fitness complimentary massage modalities with a meditatively attentive, yin - yang harmonizing & nurturing quality based in my tai chi & zhan zhuang qigong background.
Certified in massage since 2004. Tai chi & zhan zhuang qigong practitioner since 1989.
I am also BLS / first aid certified. And completed & passed advanced first responder course.
I provide table massage sessions at my Marin office & sometimes outcall at clienteles homes.
I also provide onsite chair massage at businesses and events throughout the San Francisco bay area.
The majority of my clientele tend to be women maintaining a healthy embodiment with regular yoga, pilates & related fitness activities, who appreciate receiving massages on a consistent basis as a nurturing compliment to their wellness focus.
Hours 10am - 10pm every day, by appointment.
