Often underated and misunderstood. The power of touch, to heal and renew. How often do we allow ourselves this? Has it become some luxury that we can do without? Studies have shown that beyond just the alleviation of stress and muscle tension, massage has been shown to strengthen the immune system. True healing of our bodies and our souls comes from the healing and theraputic touch offered from massage. Let the stress, the emotional baggage, and the physical strain melt away in my hands.
My sessions consist of implementation of Swedish/Deep Tissue, Energy Work, Thai and Shaitsu. I also utilize methods of MFT work to get out muscle strains and knots. Energy work coats the body in an awareness of self and a release of blocked energy. I am now offering Lymphatic Massage that utilizes Jade Rollers to address the lymphatic system!
Please ask about hour, hour and a half, and two hour sessions. I rarely do hour sessions and prefer not to as an hour is usually never enough time to address issues and treat the body as a whole. Even if you just need specific work it is still important to also get the relaxation and theraputic value of addressing the whole body. If time is really of an essence, then hour sessions can be accomodated.
