Most sessions run over an hour. This is because I'd rather provide a session that tackles any issues I find versus sticking to a timeframe. Typically a regular routine runs an hour. If I find any knots/tightness/etc., I would have to sacrifice other areas in order to address the problem areas, to fit it all in an hour.

My Other Website:
I do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach to massage, so you won't find any menus of modalities to select from in my work. Instead I treat each client as an individual, taking into account factors such as medical history, activity levels, stress levels, occupation and personality in determining the best course of treatment. My treatments are integrated, utilizing the various techniques I’ve been trained in, according to what I find. I am constantly changing and adapting throughout the session, in direct response to your body’s needs and your feedback.
Although I can give an hour massage should you require it, my regular sessions run an hour and a half. The reason behind this is based on my desire to treat the entire body, while including specific work on areas requiring it. A regular full body massage typically takes an hour. If I find any knots, tightness, etc. I would have to sacrifice other areas to address these issues, just to fit it all in an hour. Instead I prefer to give the added attention various areas need, while still giving a full body massage.
Massage is NOT a luxury but a necessity to balance out what we do to our bodies on a daily basis. My goal is to make massage affordable so that people can get them more often and truly benefit from what massage can offer.
I am a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) with 720 hours of training. CCMT is accredited by the Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation (COMTA). I am a TX state licensed massage therapist as well as certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).
