My Other Website:

Description: Integration Massage & Bodywork Therapy is multidisciplinary therapeutic massage service on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

The purpose of Integration Massage & Bodywork Therapy is to aid all types of clients in identifying and releasing stress and neuromuscular holding patterns that cause tension throughout the body.

Our goal for each appointment is to help rejuvenate each personís mind, body and spirit.

I offer an eclectic blend of bodywork and individualized therepeutic massage that helps restore balance by finding and releasing trigger points, stimulating circulation of fluids and breaking neuromuscluar holding patterns that cause tension throughout the body.

A combination of intuition, and training in the science of anatomy, physiology and bodywork truly make my work unique.

I work with clients who have generalized tension, as well as specific physical injuries where muscles need to be relaxed so clients can experience better mobility and less pain.

I believe that learning massage techniques is just the beginning. An understanding of the science and anatomy of the human body is essential. It's also important to continue to learn through advanced training courses and workshops throughout one's career as a massage and bodywork therapist.

My education began with a Bachelor of Science degree in anatomy, and has included the masssage and bodywork schools listed on my web site. I continue to attend advanced workshops and training courses in various disciplines in order to better serve my clients.
