Description: Your session is as individual as you are and will be adjusted to accomplish your goals. If you are in need of total relaxation and/or pain relief I am committed to your satisfaction. If needed I will address specific problem areas and get you feeling your best. The first session with me will include client information and health history paperwork. At this time we will go over any health issues, pain issues, and what is to be accomplished during this session. Please allow an extra 30 minutes for this intake process. All other sessions will include a shorter intake which will include what is to be accomplished for that session. Please let me know of any new medications or health concerns. After your massage, some clients experience such deep relaxation that they feel "dazed", "not all with it", or "tippsy or drunk"...I encourage you to have a seat in the big comfy chair, have some water or hot tea until it is safe to drive. This is a great time for you as a client to let me know what you liked or dis-liked about your session. Expressing your likes/dis-likes will allow me to make your next session an even better one.
