Hello My name is Jayson I'm a certified and well trained Massage Therapist my techniques are unlike any that you have had. I concentrate on balance and getting the body to its natural flow. Unlike other therapist with me every massage is different each time based on the needs of your body.
I always take time to first analyze where your target areas of pain are before adding pressure. Since stress is a leading factor in pain I often using breathing techniques to relax clients.
1st i find which is your dominant side then i then add pressure as needed to make your body even
2nd i aim to balance you with the correct touch using Techniques I've learned from Master Massage Therapist in Thailand
3. without rushing i let you know as i go deeper if needed and applying stretches and movements needed.

Through your massage i will be able to tell you what is needed to maintain your future health by throwing in personal training if needed .
