Description: Proper evaluation of your pain problem is the first step. Choosing the right treatment for you is the next step. Knowing when the treatment has been done enough is even more important. Deep tissue therapy is not just a massage with a lot of pressure. It is focused work on specific tissues. I have been doing this work since 1984. I know what can, and should not be done in pursuit of results. My work is nestled in a deeply relaxing Esalen style session. My goal is to get people free of their recurring pains by recognizing the movement patterns that cause them. Old movement habits will not easily be replaced by new ones, but increased awareness will decrease the habits' duration. Even a 5% change can be enough to erase painful problems. Tell me what hurts and when it started, how often it occurs, etc... I will give you an honest evaluation, and, junp start your recovery.
