My Other Website:

Description: I have been living in NC for 15 years, but I am originally a native Floridian. Many personal experiences with occupational injuries and seeing how the chronic pain and overall stresses can have on a person’s life and happiness has driven me to pursue a career in Massage Therapy.

I graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Worksite Health Promotion. I worked at Duke and IBM making a difference in employee’s lives by targeting high risk health conditions and implementing strategically planned health promotion programs to reduce high risk and high cost health behaviors and conditions.

I received my training from the Medical Arts School in Raleigh, NC. I have training in Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Reflexology, and Chair Massage. I have worked with many people who have incurred injuries resulting from their line of work; ranging from mechanics, carpenters, linemen, athletes, and military.

Many of my jobs have included much travel as well, so I can understand the stress involved with travel and being on the road. I have been a gymnast, personal trainer, and worked a little in construction. I love my work and it I truly consider being a L.M.B.T. an honor and privilege to help people, no matter what your reasons for receiving bodywork.
