Description: My name is Mia and I am PASSIONATE about the body! Our bodies perform for us all day and it is important to let someone else move stuck energy to increase blood flow, relaxation and stimulate release.
I offer a slow, firm, traditional Thai massage that I learned in Northern Thailand blended with my own intuitive touch. The session is a combination of muscle compression, joint stretching, blood stops and energy work which invite YOU into your breath to experience yourself and your body in a way maybe you never have. They call it lazy man/woman's massage. So if you don't get a lot of stretch in your daily life, come and let's stretch together!
I've been a dancer all my life and a yoga practitioner and teacher for 15 years and that gives me an understating of how amazing the body can be at adapting to life and stress and how essential it is to take extra special care of your body temple!

Sessions are traditionally done clothed, wearing loose fitting clothes that allow the body to move and stretch.
