Esalen bodywork has been called the art of "Conscious Touch" and it's famous for its calming and creative approach. This massage relaxes and supports the entire body circulation, working out any tensions as needed. Body sweeping Esalen flows are combined with Swedish local work to leave you feeling thoroughly renewed. Deep Mayan Abdominal work and Lymph Drainage (soft touch) can also be added.
