I'm a licensed massage therapist and Reiki master with 10 years of experience. My "Reiki" technique for stress reduction and relaxation also promotes healing and spiritual generation. According to massage guidelines, "Reiki" is actually a "spiritually guided life force energy" and treats the whole person including body,emotions, mind and spirit.While you can not see energy - you can strongly feel it.
