Description: Pulling from information accumulated from an initial 1000 hour program garnering me the title of Holistic Bodywork Therapist and Health Educator and combining it with information, knowledge and wisdom from sitting with such masters as John Upledger, John Barnes, Thomas Hanna devotees amongst innumerable others, mixing it up with independent study of different exercise programs and theb integrating it with the experience of 1000's of sessions with hundreds of clients makes up for what I bring to the table.
