Description: Richard is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist (#018065), as well as a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 10 years of experience working with the body.
Richard is capable of providing a variety of styles and techniques tailored specifically to each clients needs. Sessions integrate Swedish and deep tissue strokes, Active Release Techniques, energetic work, stretching and aromatherapies.
