I have worked with athletes, mothers to be, elderly and everyone in between.
All sessions are custom to the clients needs at that time, and can change, as your body does in the various times of your life. So I'm your girl, if you're looking to maintain joint and muscles for an upcoming marathon, are getting back into shape, maintaining health, or just need some general tension, pain and muscle relief or a light, soothing massage after a long day or week. My pressures can vary from light to deep.
Massage can additionally be very beneficial to those suffering from depression, anxiety or insomnia.
