Description: I offer any type of therapeutic massage - deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, active release techniques, graston, gua sha, and stretching - to help alleviate any tension in the muscles. Massage is great for recovery, increasing range of motion, and relieving stress.
I also offer Kinesio Taping. I have experience in sports recovery techniques and am certified in advanced deep tissue and kinesio taping.
