Description: My sessions are specifically tailored to meet the needs of each individual while emphasizing the importance of over all health and balancing. Communication is a very essential part of my practice. I am very detailed in my work and it's very important to me to not only educate my clients but to be open to learning from them as well. Depending on client preference, I like to get an idea of a long term plan for treatment and even possible referrals to other health related fields to work in conjunction with massage therapy. Diet planning and nutritional health information can also be discussed for those who need.
