Description: I combine many different techniques from all my training and experiences, and will create and use choice modalities to provide treatment you need. I utilize Active Release Techniques, Orthopedic massage, Neuromuscular and trigger points methods, Strain/Counterstrain, and muscle energy techniques.
I have a sports background (ISSA personal trainer) and played sports as well as been a stage performer and musician (play piano and guitar) so I am fully versed in particular concerns of these areas.
