Description: Zen Style Bodywork is an intuitive fusion of ancient, therapeutic bodywork. Cranial Sacral, Hot Stone Therapy, South India Marma, Tibetan Acupressure, Energy Work and South Indian Ayurvedic techniques are blended together for each individual client, depending upon their needs. Zen Bodywork is performed upon a heated, Amethyst Biomat, which unto itself- is deeply therapeutic. This style is not appropriate for clients looking to receive deep tissue or sports style massage. Although, stubborn or tight muscles and injury may be addressed with Cranial Sacral, Hot Stones, Fascial Work and deep relaxation techniques.
