Description: I wish to provide for you an environment of absolute comfort, ease, and open-mindedness. I operate on a heated massage table with freshly laundered flannel linens. Candle lit atmosphere and soothing music from a quality sound system.
I've gone to school in New Jersey for Swedish, Shiatsu, and Thai massage. I have been in practice for 2 years and have since been traveling the country learning more about my studied modalities, adding and refining my techniques, and generally really enjoying what I do. :)
I start our session with long strokes across the body to warm skin and loosen muscle. I usually then start on the shoulders where most people hold a lot of tension and work my way down the back using deep elbow strokes tuned to a pressure of your liking. Long brisk strokes applied down the back using the forearm working down legs into feet and back up to shoulders. Each part of the body gets worked twice.
