Description: The question I am asked most often is about my technique or style of massage. I began my training with a base in the flowing touch of Swedish and the therapeutic benefits of Myotherapy 7 step release. I have blended these techniques with many other modalities including trigger point, deep tissue sculpting and hot stone massage to form my own style of bodywork, providing you with the relaxation you deserve and the pain relief that you need.
• Active release
• Myofacial release
• Lymphatic drainage
• TMJ release
• Hot stone
• PNF stretching
• Reiki/chakra balancing
I primarily practice out of my in home studio and though I am not a spa I offer a clean comfortable environment with a private bathroom with shower. My room is naturally light and I use high quality equipment and products...and yes I do take credit/debit cards.
I work with all clients including professional athletes to people with limited mobility. I am sincerer when I say I am open to all seeking a quality bodywork regardless of age, gender, body type, lifestyle, orientation.
please feel free to call/text/email with questions and to set an appointment.
With 18 years of experience and a graduate of The southwest Institute of the Healing Arts, I primarily work out of my home studio I have practiced at top spas incuding the AZCC and was lead therapist for over four years at the Camelback Village Racquet Club, I have over a thousand hours of training/continuing education, and approximately ten thousand hours of hands-on bodywork under my belt.
I am also a Sixth generation Reiki Master/Lightworker(and reformed skeptic) with training in chakra balancing as well as hypnotherapy and couching.
As a professional I know and understand the stress and tension of daily life, and that when I need bodywork I want to feel good as well as feel better. I bring that experience to each session. I like to say that I practice bodywork in the way in which I would like to receive, relaxing with firm pressure, releasing tension with flowing touch and precision technique.
As an active adult I put my body through the ringer whether it be in the gym on mountain, or playing hard on the weekend. I can relate to the sore muscles and pain that holds people back from that weight loss, strength or body mass goal. I have found bodywork to be just the thing to get me going again.
I have been a successful competitive jiu jitsu fighter on the Nova Uniao USA team, I understand firsthand how injuries can be the difference between winning and losing a match. I have worked with many top level athletes from golf and tennis, to ranked UFC fighters who view bodywork as an important part of their training regime.
Whatever your reason, whether it be relaxation or injury rehab and prevention, I look forward to being in your service.
